    JK Tyre Partners With Hyundai To Supply Tyres For The Creta

    JK Tyre India has joined hands with Hyundai Motor India to become its official tyre partner for the Creta. JK Tyre has been introducing hi-technological products that are specifically designed for Indian roads. The top-end variants of the Hyundai Creta are equipped with 17-inch alloy wheels and JK Tyre will be supplying its UX Royale 215/60 R17 radial tyre to the Korean carmaker. The tyre has been designed to suit the dynamics of the model and bring in a good balance between handling and right comfort.

    Commenting on the partnership, VK Misra, Technical Director, JK Tyre and Industries said, “We are proud to further strengthen our partnership with Hyundai India for one of India’s best-selling SUV’s Creta. Through this collaboration, we aim to provide supreme quality tyres with cutting-edge features to complement the ride quality for the customer.     JK Tyre is claiming that the UX Royal 215/60 R17 tyre is the perfect fit for Hyundai Creta. With its 5-Rib asymmetric design, variable draft groove technology, stable shoulder tread blocks, waffle groove and aero wing design, it supports the dynamics of the car very aptly. JK Tyre is also the official tyre partner of Kia Motors for the Seltos.

    JK Tyre Announces Entry Into The US Market

    JK Tyre & Industries Ltd. today announced the commencement of operations in the United States. JK Tyre has set up a new entity – Western Tires INC – based at Houston, Texas, thereby, embarking upon an aggressive plan to take the Global business to the next level. The company, headquartered in India, has been exporting to the United States for over two decades through a network of local partners and with the acquisition of JK Tornel and enhancement of capacity at JK Tyre India, there has been a steady growth in the global markets including the US. With the formation of the Western Tires INC, the company now has its own marketing arm for the United States that will focus on sales, service and network expansion. To ensure an efficient delivery model, the after-sales service will be backed by a team of technical experts from India and Mexico.

    JK Tyre Enters Limca Book Of Records With India’s Largest Off-Road Tyre

    Defining upsizing in an all new way, tyre maker JK Tyre has entered the Limca Book of Records with India’s largest off-road tyre. The 40.00-57 VEM 045 was launched in 2014 and stands at 12 feet tall while weighing around 3.4 tonnes. Before off-roaders get their hopes up about upsizing their SUVs, the VEM 045 has been specifically developed for the country’s biggest rigid dump truck that has a payload capacity of up to 240 tonnes.

    Commenting on the occasion, JK Tyre and Industries Ltd – Marketing Director, Vikram Malhotra said, “JK Tyre has been at the forefront of driving innovation in the Indian tyre industry and recognition from the Limca Book of Records is clearly reflective of our unwavering efforts in that direction. The VEM 045 has been widely appreciated for its sturdiness and functionality over these years.     The JK Tyre VEM 045 is sold alongside a range of tyre options from the tyre maker. The company has been the pioneer of developing radial tyres in India and last year inaugurated a new and massive research and development centre in Mysore, Karnataka, which will be consolidating all of the company’s efforts globally to develop new products. JK Tyre’s range comprises passenger vehicles as well as industrial and mining segments.
