  • HBO Go Bids Farewell to Vietnam, Makes Way for HBO Max Arrival

HBO Go Bids Farewell to Vietnam, Makes Way for HBO Max Arrival

HBO Go, the previously ubiquitous streaming service, will officially withdraw its operations from Vietnam as of June 15. Its absence will pave the way for the introduction of HBO Max, a formidable competitor to streaming giant Netflix.

The HBO Go service was first introduced to the Vietnamese market in 2019, targeting cable, satellite, and live TV streaming subscribers who were already receiving HBO channels as part of their television package. However, the service was discontinued in multiple markets in 2020, and replaced by HBO Max. This new platform allows users to access the full range of HBO content without a cable TV connection.

In Vietnam, the termination of HBO Go also implies the end of collaborations with local streaming platforms such as TV360 and VieON. A noticeable change is already apparent on TV360, which now presents a “Failed” notification upon attempts to subscribe to a new HBO package. However, users can continue to view HBO content through traditional television channels via cable and satellite services.

An anonymous industry analyst suggests that this strategic move is most likely intended to enable American film studio Warner Bros. to introduce HBO Max in direct competition with Netflix. The HBO Max homepage now displays a Vietnamese language notice teasing its launch on June 16.

The HBO Go platform had gained traction among Vietnamese viewers with popular original series such as Game of Thrones and House of the Dragon, and films produced by Warner Bros.

  • Wave Goodbye to High Bills: YouTube TV Contemplates Budget-friendly ‘Skinny Bundles’

Wave Goodbye to High Bills: YouTube TV Contemplates Budget-friendly ‘Skinny Bundles’

Google is reportedly considering restructuring its extensive channel offering on YouTube TV into smaller, more affordable packages. This move could provide relief for subscribers who have been grappling with the platform’s escalating costs.

    Proposed Changes

YouTube TV is renowned for offering one of the smoothest live TV experiences. However, its price has surged to an eye-watering $83 per month for the base plan, up from an appealing $35 in 2017. A recent report suggests that YouTube TV could introduce lower-cost “skinny bundles” within the year.

Presently, YouTube TV subscribers have to accept a “take it or leave it” deal, with a single plan providing access to over 100 channels. It is rumored that the service may change, allowing you to select specific genres. The most tantalizing rumor is the potential introduction of a dedicated sports package. This would allow users to access popular sports channels such as NBC Sports, Fox Sports, and ESPN without the additional cost of numerous reality TV channels. This is an adjustment that users have been eagerly requesting.

The shift in streaming services towards cable-like bundles has made the landscape increasingly convoluted. Rival platforms like Sling TV have already addressed this issue. Sling TV offers its divided “Orange” and “Blue” packages, enabling users to focus on sports and family content (Orange) or news and entertainment (Blue), each for approximately half the price of YouTube TV. By resisting the move to unbundle, Google has been effectively directing budget-minded cord cutters to explore other options.

These proposed changes are significant as they indicate that the $80+ pricing strategy is reaching its limit. Consumers are growing weary of paying for content they do not consume. If Google implements these changes successfully, it would position them in direct competition not only with traditional cable providers but also with more affordable streaming alternatives. This evolution is crucial for Google to continue growing in a market where subscription fatigue is a genuine concern.

    Anticipating the Changes

If the rumors materialize, it would indeed be a timely adjustment. Users have long cherished YouTube TV’s limitless DVR and user-friendly interface, but paying more than eighty dollars to watch just a few games feels exorbitant. If Google introduced a sports-focused package that eliminated non-sports content, many past subscribers might be enticed to return.

However, the expectations must be managed. Broadcasting networks are infamous for pressuring providers to bundle less popular channels with highly demanded ones. Observing how Google negotiates these contracts could be insightful. While the stripped-down package sounds appealing, it would be prudent to withhold judgment until official pricing is released.

    Questions & Answers

What changes are expected for YouTube TV?
Google is reportedly considering restructuring its channel offering on YouTube TV into smaller, more affordable packages, potentially including genre-specific bundles.

What is the likely impact of these changes?
The changes could make YouTube TV a more appealing option for budget-conscious consumers tired of paying for unwanted content, and could position it in direct competition with both cable providers and more affordable streaming services.

What challenges might Google face in implementing these changes?
Broadcasting networks often pressure providers to bundle less popular channels with highly demanded ones, so how Google negotiates these contracts will be crucial to the success of the proposed changes.

  • Google TV removes several free channels from its impressive library

Google TV removes several free channels from its impressive library

Google TV is doing a great job keeping consumers entertained thanks to its impressive collection of free channels. Each month Google TV adds a new batch of free channels, so it’s now impossible not to find something interesting to watch that doesn’t require a subscription.

Unfortunately, it looks like sometime Google TV must remove some of the free channels it previously added to its offering. The folks at 9to5google have just learned that nine free channels have been recently removed from Google TV and can no longer be accessed.

    • The Hill TV
    • Dog Whisperer with Cesar Milan
    • Dove Channel
    • Comedy Dynamics
    • The Bob Ross Channel
    • Shades of Black
    • OutTV Proud
    • Dazn Ringside
    • Dazn Women’s Football

What’s worse is that these channels have been added relatively recently and most of them are part of the batch. If you didn’t have time to watch these channels while they were available for free via Google TV, you’ll no longer be able to access them.

Google didn’t offer any explanation regarding the removal of these channels, but this usually happens if an agreement between two entities is no longer valid due to various reasons.

In this particular case, Google had to sign distribution agreements with at least one partner, Cinedigm, which operates most (if not all) of the channels removed this month.

Since Google didn’t offer any explanation for the removal of these channels, it’s unclear if all or some of these channels will return to Google TV at some point in the future.

  • Apple TV+ is free for everyone to view on these two days

Apple TV+ is free for everyone to view on these two days

While we didn’t expect Apple to make this announcement until next weekend, the tech giant announced today that Apple TV+ will be free for everyone to stream on Saturday, January 4th, and Sunday, January 5th. On X (formerly Twitter), Apple wrote, “This weekend, see for yourself. Stream for free Jan 4-5.” On the tweet Apple embedded clips from shows such as Presumed Innocent starring Jake Gyllenhaal as a prosecutor who becomes a suspect in a murder.

Other Apple TV+ content included in the tweet include Wolfs starring George Clooney and Brad Pitt. The action-comedy film about a pair of “fixers” had a limited theatrical run last September and now can be viewed on Apple TV+. The long awaited second season of Severance is also teased. Starring Adam Scott, Britt Lower, and Patricia Arquette, the psychological thriller is about a procedure that allows employees of a mystery company to separate their work and personal lives.

You might want to take advantage of the two free days of streaming to watch some of the platform’s more well-known titles include Ted Lasso (starring Jason Sudeikis), The Morning Show (with Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon), and Shrinking (starring Jason Segal, Harrison Ford, and Wendie Malick. This is a comedy about a recently widowed therapist who tells clients exactly what he thinks in a bid to help them.

Just this past Saturday, we told you that Apple had been dropping hints about the upcoming two days of free Apple TV+ by releasing promos with the “See for yourself” tagline. This is the first time that Apple is opening up the Apple TV+ app for a full weekend of free streaming. At the same time, Apple is promoting the seven-day free trial it is offering new Apple TV+ subscribers as well as the longer trials given as a reward to those purchasing certain new Apple devices.

A one month subscription to Apple TV+ costs $9.99 after the aforementioned one week free trial. The subscription can be shared with as many as five family members. Apple is hoping that the two free days of Apple TV+ gets non-subscribers hooked on some of the platform’s content leading them to subscribe to the service.

  • Google TV continues to expand its home screen banner ads

Google TV continues to expand its home screen banner ads

Google TV is rolling out a new ad format on its home screen, and it’s got some users raising their eyebrows. This isn’t exactly a surprise, as Google has been increasingly incorporating ads into the platform. They’ve even been surveying users about the number of ads shown, which hinted that more might be on the way.

This new ad format is a banner that shows up underneath the “Continue Watching” row. It can be used to show different types of content, like ads for games. One example of how this new section is being used is an ad for the recently released Bethesda game, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle. This game, available on Xbox and through streaming services, is being heavily promoted across the Google TV platform. It’s featured in the “For You” row, has its own sponsored row with related content recommendations, and now, it’s showing up in this new banner section. The banner ad includes a brief description of the game, a link to watch gameplay on YouTube, and a QR code that users can scan for more details.

This new banner is in addition to the ads that are already shown in the “For You” slider and in recommendation rows. It seems like Google is trying to find new ways to show ads, even though users already been asked about how many ads they want to see. While this new banner ad format isn’t immediately visible, it does contribute to the overall ad load on the platform. And let’s not forget that Google TV also recently started using those giant QR codes in ads.

The new ad format is just one of the many changes that Google has been making to its TV platform. Recently, they also started using giant QR codes in ads. I’m not sure how I feel about all these changes. On one hand, I understand that Google needs to make money from its products. But on the other hand, I don’t want to see too many ads when I’m just trying to watch TV. I hope that Google finds a way to balance its need for revenue with its users’ desire for a good experience.

  • Netflix subscribers are warned that they are the target of a dangerous SMS phishing campaign

Netflix subscribers are warned that they are the target of a dangerous SMS phishing campaign

It’s absolutely nuts to think that more than 13 years and five months ago we were telling you about the Netflix app becoming available for the Motorola DROID and DROID X from the Android Market. We’ve gone from Android 2 to Android 15, the Android Market is now the Google Play Store, Netflix now offers a wide range of original content, and Motorola is trying to recapture the magic that made it and HTC early leaders among Android phone manufacturers.

One thing that we didn’t worry about too much back in 2011 that we worry about now is the possibility of getting scammed by phishing attacks. These are emails or texts that are made to look as though they were sent from a company you do business with asking you to reveal personal information. Cybersecurity researchers are reporting that hackers are running an SMS phishing campaign against Netflix subscribers that seeks to access their Netflix accounts and steal information about the credit cards used to pay for the service.

“We will never ask you to enter your personal information in a text or email. We will never request payment through a 3rd party vendor or website”-Netflix statement

These bogus texts make it appear as though a subscriber’s account was placed on hold and ask the subscriber to update his/her information by clicking on a link. Here’s the scary part. This link will take the victim to a website that looks remarkably like the real Netflix site with a prompt asking for login and credit card information. If the information they request is provided to them, the scammers will take over control of the victim’s Netflix account and will have the ability to use his/her credit card and wipe out the remaining credit available.

Security experts are warning Netflix subscribers to be on the lookout for any texts or emails stating that their Netflix account is on hold or will soon be suspended. Other texts accuse the subscriber of not paying for the service and urgently demand payment by threatening to cancel the account. Do not press on any links that are included in the text or email. You might be able to tell that the text and website are fakes since they are usually loaded with grammatical and spelling errors.

The phishing campaign was discovered by cyber security firm Bitdefender. The security firm says that it spotted this campaign running in 23 countries, including the United States, since September. If you do receive this text, ignore it and delete it.

  • Google TV gets major upgrade: smart home controls, AI art, sports hub, more

Google TV gets major upgrade: smart home controls, AI art, sports hub, more

Google is rolling out a significant update to its Google TV platform, bringing a host of new features to enhance your viewing and smart home experience. These updates will be available on all Google TV devices, including the upcoming Google TV Streamer set to launch on September 24th.

One of the most notable additions is the new home panel on Google TV. This feature transforms your TV into a central hub for controlling all of your compatible smart home devices. From adjusting your thermostat to checking your security cameras, you can manage your entire smart home without ever leaving the couch. The new doorbell notifications also bring added convenience, allowing you to see who’s at the door without interrupting your viewing experience. If you can’t find the remote, Google Assistant voice commands have you covered, providing hands-free control over your smart home devices.

When you’re not actively watching TV, Google TV now offers an improved Ambient screensaver that turns your idle screen into a personalized canvas. You can either create AI-generated designs based on your own descriptions or prompts, or relive your cherished memories by showcasing your favorite Google Photos. This feature leverages generative AI to craft unique images for your display, adding a touch of artistic flair to your living space.

For sports fans, the new sports page within the For You tab consolidates all your sports content in one convenient location. You can quickly find live and upcoming games, catch sports commentary, browse YouTube highlights, and receive personalized recommendations to stay up-to-date on your favorite teams and leagues.

Choosing what to watch can be overwhelming with the vast array of channels and subscription services available. To help you make informed decisions, Google is introducing enhanced overviews of top movies and shows powered by Gemini technology. These overviews provide comprehensive summaries, audience reviews, and season-by-season breakdowns, giving you valuable insights to guide your viewing choices.

Last year, Google introduced free built-in channels on Google TV, offering a selection of live TV without the need for additional downloads or subscriptions. This service, known as Google TV Freeplay, now boasts an expanded channel guide with over 150 channels, making it easier to browse by genre and topic. New additions to the lineup include Heartland, The FBI Files, and ION Plus.

The update also extends to Google TV’s hardware ecosystem. In addition to the upcoming Google TV Streamer, you can now find Google TV on a wider range of devices, including new art TVs from Hisense and TCL, as well as smart projectors from Vankyo, Epson, and XGIMI. Google is also expanding its reach by bringing Google TV to more countries, including Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, and the Philippines.

I’m excited about these updates to Google TV. The integration of smart home controls directly into the TV interface is a game-changer, and I can see it definitely changing the way I interact with my connected TV. The AI-generated art for Ambient screensaver and the enhanced overviews for movies and shows are also great additions that personalize my viewing experience. Finally, as a baseball fan, I appreciate the dedicated sports page, which will make it easier to find and follow my favorite team.

  • Warner Bros. Discovery reportedly preparing new Max price hike

Warner Bros. Discovery reportedly preparing new Max price hike

It has become so common for streaming services to raise prices a couple of times per year that it’s not even a surprise when they announce it. To survive the price hike onslaught, customers can either stop paying for these services or simply stop caring.

In this regard, it looks like Warner Bros. Discovery plans to increase the price of Max by the end of the year. Bloomberg reports that the streaming giant is preparing not just a Max price hike, but also new cost cuts in an attempt to hit certain financial targets.

The report mentions the possibility of more layoffs at the company, but it doesn’t offer any other details about the price hike(s). Apparently, Warner Bros. Discovery aims for $1 billion in earnings from Max and Discovery+ next year, so in order to achieve that the streaming service must operate some drastic changes.

Warner Bros. Discovery is expected to report its earnings for the first quarter of the year on May 16, so we’ll probably learn more about the company’s plans regarding Max and Discovery+ in just a few days.

  • YouTube reveals new design for its TV app

YouTube reveals new design for its TV app

YouTube has just announced a new design for its TV app that will be rolled out to all users over the next few weeks. The new design is supposed to bring familiar YouTube features and interactivity to the living room while maintaining the same experience that fans of the service know and love.

The main change is the reduced size of the video player, which is meant to simplify interactions. In addition to the visual changes, the new design will include a broad range of new experiences such as shopping and viewing live scores, as well as improvements to existing functionality like accessing video descriptions and comments.

Before deciding what to actually change and what to keep in the new design, YouTube tapped into user feedback provided by long-time users, and here what the service learned:

    • The new design works for features that require equal or more attention than the video itself (e.g. comments, description, live chat) but obscuring the video would be detrimental to the viewing experience.
    • We need to continue to prioritize simplicity over the introduction of additional lightweight controls.
    • A one size fits all solution may not be the best approach, as features such as live chat and video description benefit from different levels of immersion.

The end result “keeps the video front and center, but layers in the ability to access the features that make YouTube unique – all without interrupting the viewing experience.

The bottom line is the new experience focuses on the ability to read through comments and video description while still having the video player in front of your eyes. It’s an interesting concept that will allow YouTube TV subscribers to explore Views without disrupting what they’re watching.

  • Google TV gets design tweak that makes your favorite apps more accessible

Google TV gets design tweak that makes your favorite apps more accessible

Google TV is once again getting a design tweak. Following the addition of new landing pages last year aimed at simplifying navigation, the “For you” screen is now tackling the “Your apps” row, introducing several updates to make navigation easier and your overall viewing experience more enjoyable.

The app icons on your Google TV are sporting a brand new look, with the old squares and rectangles gone and circular app icons replacing them. This change aims to give your home screen a more modern feel while also making it easier to locate your favorite applications.

The update also adds a new shortcut that gives you direct access to free TV channels on Google TV. The platform added over 800 new fully-integrated free channels last year that included hit TV shows, game shows, music channels, various entertainment shows, and more — all without downloading additional apps or paying for a subscription.

Now, you’ll have yet another way to access these channels, without having to click away from the “For you” section. For your convenience, a new shortcut to free channels will now be added to the “Your apps” row.

Now that the app icons will be circular, they will take up less space. This opened the door for Google TV to expand the number of app icons visible in the “Your apps” row. You can quickly jump into more of your most-used apps without scrolling.

You have always been able to rearrange the order of your apps, however, the process wasn’t exactly very user-friendly. Now, Google TV will feature “reorder” and “add app” buttons at the end of the “Your apps” row. This will allow you to take control of your app layout by moving your favorites to the front and seamlessly discovering and installing new apps to enhance your entertainment setup.

These updates are rolling out over the next few months, so watch your Google TV screen for the transformation. With a sleeker design, easier access to content, and more user control, Google TV is continuously improving at putting your entertainment experience first.

  • Netflix starts forcing grandfathered subscribers to stop paying Apple

Netflix starts forcing grandfathered subscribers to stop paying Apple

In 2018, Netflix stopped accepting payments for new subscriptions through the App Store, forcing new subscribers and those returning after a brief hiatus to pay Netflix through its website. It has been six years since Netflix allowed such subscribers to pay for their service through the App Store. This way, Netflix could avoid paying Apple its 15% to 30% cut on in-app transactions that go through Apple’s in-app payment processing platform.

Netflix representative Momo Zhao told The Verge that all “members on the basic plan who were using an iTunes method of payment” now must pay Netflix directly for service using a credit card or a debit card. Those who signed up for Netflix before the video streamer stopped allowing users to subscribe through the App Store were able to hold on to a good deal for years and continued to pay each renewal period through Apple.

Netflix has allowed grandfathered subscribers to continue to pay each month through the App Store, but that is about to change. As one “X” subscriber wrote in a tweet, “Netflix stopped working with Apple Pay and didn’t inform me. Now I’m locked out of my $9.99 a month price I had paid for years and I had to get charged $31 until I get a refund through Apple.”

If you’re in the same shoes as the person who posted the above tweet, you’ll have to pay $5.50 more a month for the same plan you were paying $9.99 a month for or pay $3 less per month for the privilege of having your streaming interrupted by ads. No matter which plan you choose, you’ll be paying Netflix directly.

To reiterate, if you are a long-time Netflix subscriber and have been paying through the App Store to maintain your Netflix subscription, be on the lookout for an email from the video streamer that says that if you want to remain a Netflix subscriber, you will have to stop paying your bill through Apple. And you might be paying a little more or a little less each month for Netflix service depending on whether you can live with ads running on the videos you’re watching.

  • Amazon tells its Prime Video subscribers that ads are coming on January 29th

Amazon tells its Prime Video subscribers that ads are coming on January 29th

Get ready for a dose of reality (and advertisements) between your binge sessions: Amazon Prime Video officially joins the ad-fueled streaming party. After announcing what was coming a few months back, Amazon has now confirmed via an email sent to its Prime members, that their favorite movies and shows will be punctuated by ads starting January 29, 2024.

This shift significantly departs from Prime Video’s ad-free haven, a perk previously bundled with the $139/year (or $14.99/month) Prime subscription, known primarily for its free two-day shipping. But for those averse to mid-episode interruptions, Amazon is offering an option that will cost you: an ad-free tier for an additional $2.99/month, plus applicable taxes.

Justifying the move, Amazon cites the need to fuel its ever-expanding content library. “This will allow us to continue investing in compelling content and keep increasing that investment over a long time,” their email reads, assuring us of “meaningfully fewer ads” compared to traditional TV.

Interestingly, Amazon is already pre-selling the ad-free tier, giving Prime members a head start on securing uninterrupted viewing. This change, of course, does not apply to rented or purchased content from the streaming service. However, note that certain types of content, such as sports or Freevee titles, will continue to include ads even when the viewer is subscribed to the ad-free tier.

While some appreciate the “investment in compelling content” reasoning, reactions by long time Prime subscribers show that they feel betrayed by the broken promise of ad-free streaming. The price hike adds fuel to the fire, leaving members questioning the true value proposition of Prime Video.

Will Amazon’s ad-spiked strategy pay off? Only time will tell. But one thing’s certain: the golden age of ad-free streaming seems to be fading, leaving viewers with a choice – pay more, pay less with ads, or seek greener (and ad-free) pastures elsewhere.

  • TV prices hit record lows due to high inventory

TV prices hit record lows due to high inventory

The current market sees 65-inch LED TVs priced at just over VND10 million ($420), and OLED TVs dropping below VND20 million for the first time, a result of high inventory and decreased demand.

“It’s normal for TV prices to go down year after year, especially for older models. However, the high inventory pressure and the sharp drop in demand this year has forced many chain stores to cut profits, break even or even cut losses,” said Ngoc Chung, owner of an electronics store on Nguyen Trai Street in Hanoi.

“TV prices have hit the floor this year. We are selling them to maintain cash flows to wait for a better year in 2024,” he added.

Many TV models, with the two most popular sizes of 55 and 65 inches, currently cost around VND10 million, 15-20% lower in previous years.

Major dealers and manufacturers regularly offer 30-50% discounts, even for new models released in 2023.

LG’s latest lines currently have discounts of 15-30%. Meanwhile, some OLED TV models with sizes of 43 and 50 inches released in 2021 or 2022 are currently priced at less than VND20 million.

Previously, prices of OLED TVs had never fell to below VND30 million.

Ha Minh Tuan, manager of an electronics warehouse specializing in online sales, said his business’ revenue this year is down 15-20% compared to last year.

“TVs are also in a difficult situation like other consumer electronics products, but TVs are not an essential item, so users often choose not to upgrade or buy more,” Tuan said.

Weaker demand and changing consumer needs have also made the low-cost TV segment with sizes from 32 to 43 inches vibrant again.

In 2021, 32-inch TVs gradually disappeared when most firms stopped selling them, but this year these models are back.

Samsung, Toshiba andXiaomi all have 32-inch TVsat selling prices of VND 4-6 million.Prices of 40- and 50-inch versions are VND1-2 million higher.

In addition to discounts, electronics companies set lower list prices for some models. In April, the list prices of some LG’s OLED TVs were 20-30% lower than last year.

Among TVs this year, backlit LEDs are the most popular, followed by miniLED and OLED. Newer technologies like Samsung’s microLED are still expensive.

Regarding operating systems, only Samsung and LG use their own operating systems. Brands such as Sony, Xiaomi, TCL, Casper and Toshiba have all switched to Google TV.

  • Google TV experience gets major performance boosts, new updates

Google TV experience gets major performance boosts, new updates

Google improves the TV experience of its users all the time, and this year has been pretty big when it comes to the amount and quality of updates Google TV received. Obviously, there’s always room for improvement, so the Mountain View company is making sure that Google TV users know what to expect in the months to come.

In a post published on its support website, Google has detailed its future plans regarding the Google TV experience. While some of the changes mentioned have already been rolled out to users, there are quite a lot that are waiting to be greenlit.

After providing Google TV users with an important update earlier this year that boosted the app’s start-up time and reduced RAM usage, Google has found new ways to enhance your Google TV experience.

For starters, Google has improved the response speed for many of the features on the home screen, including preloading rows of movies and shows before scrolling, optimizing the way tabs load, and ensuring results load faster when using search.

Additionally, Google made changes to device setup to reduce the size of preinstalled apps that you don’t use. As a result, your device will have more room for the apps that you actually want to use.

These optimizations and improvements to memory, speed, and storage are already rolling out to Google TV users.

But wait, there’s more! The new and improved Live tab introduced back in April is getting a small upgrade. Two new categories will be available on the Live tab channel guide: Recents and Local news. Also, Google TV users will now see channels in a new “Free live news & opinion” row on the For you tab.

Finally, Google announced it has added 14 new free channels to Google TV, including the Xumo Holiday Movie Channel, DraftKings, and Speedvision.

  • Samsung TV Plus adds new channels

Samsung TV Plus adds new channels

Samsung TV Plus might become very popular among customers as streaming services continue to increase their prices once or twice per year. Samsung’s free TV service currently offers more than 2,000 channels in two dozen countries, but its biggest advantage is that it’s available on all Samsung TVs.

Samsung has already added a bunch of new channels to its TV service this month, but the company is not done yet. Starting this week, three new channels from Blue Ant Media will be available on Samsung TV Plus.

Homeful, HauntTV and Love Pets have been added to Samsung TV Plus in several markets. For example, Homeful is now available in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, and Brazil.

After being initially introduced in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK earlier this year, HauntTV is now available for Samsung TV Plus users in the United States.

As far as Love Pets goes, the channel focusing on pets is now available to all Samsung TV Plus users in the UK, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, and the Netherlands.
